Jennifer Morris “JJ”
Front Office
J.J. has known that improving the lives of others was the career path for her from a very young age. She has achieved that for more than 28 years in the dental field. At the office, you will find J.J. at the front desk offering a smile and a wonderful experience for you and your family.
Outside of her profession, you will find her gardening, birding or caring for her feather flock (chickens). Most of all she enjoys spending time making memories with her loving family.
Megan Tandarich
Megan has been an assistant since 2011 and loves how dentistry is always evolving. She enjoys putting patients at ease and getting to know them. She loves working at Dental Arts, as they keep up with the most up to date dental practices and allow time to build trusting relationships with patients.
Outside of work, she is an active member of her church, and her favorite place to be is on the lake with her husband, Shawn.
Rachel Gavris
Dental Assistant
Rachel Gavris has worked in dentistry since 2009. Most of her career was at an office in Louisiana, where she worked for nearly 12 years in both back and front office capacities.
She and her husband moved up to Cleveland in 2021, near her husband’s family. Six months later, she joined the Dental Arts team, a move she has thoroughly enjoyed. Rachel prizes high quality, compassionate dental care and is proud to be part of an office that delivers just that.
In her spare time, she enjoys time with family – particularly her husband and young son – reading, and creative writing.
Gracie Good, RDA
Dental Assistant
Gracie graduated from Wayne County Schools Career Center in 2021 with her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). She likes working at Dental Arts because of meeting new patients and people & the people she works with! Gracie’s hobbies at home include cooking, crafting, and playing with her dog Remi.
Ashley Yeager, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Ashley graduated from Stark State College with high distinction honors, receiving an Associate’s degree in Applied Science.
Her primary focus is delivering gentle dental care with an emphasis on patient education.
Ashley’s calm chair side manner and kind demeanor puts nervous patients at ease and helps her cater to those who may feel intimidated in a dental setting.
Her favorite thing about being a hygienist is getting to know each patient’s specific needs and helping them meet those individually.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, tent camping, watching the Cleveland Indians, and spending time with her dog, Reenie.
